Hello all, I’m Shannon from sunny Southern California. I’m currently a senior at Frontier High where I am an active member of the FFA, the swim team, and our local District 10 Dairy Princess. The dairy industry has been part of my life since I was born. My parents owned a dairy in Texas, but they sold it and we moved to California and my father began managing dairies. He passed on his amazing love of the dairy industry to me and I have been showing dairy heifers in our local fair for quite some time. My goal upon graduation is to attend Texas A&M to major in Agriculture Business and minor in Dairy Science. All in all, I am proud to be serving the dairy industry in such a positive way and during my reign I plan to share my knowledge, passion, and excitement of the dairy industry into the far corners of my kingdom (a.k.a. District 10).
