My name is Chelsi and I am your 2009-2010 District 9: Tulare County Dairy Princess. I’ve been involved in the dairy industry as long as I can remember thanks to the family dairies and my parents. I’m active in FFA, school clubs, and sports (namely tennis) and hope to go to an agriculture college to further my education in Dairy Science and Agriculture Business or Agriculture Communications. Serving as the District 9 Dairy Princess means so much to me because the industry impacts the daily lives of every American and I want to help represent something that I am passionate about. No matter how bad the industry may seem, I know it will pick up and thrive as it always has.
