Ingredients:

– 3 cups Real California Toma cheese (shredded) – 1 lb. brussels sprouts – 1 small shallot (finely chopped) – ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil – Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Wash and cut brussels sprouts in half and set aside. Cook shallots in olive oil in a large sauce pan on medium heat until tender then add brussels sprouts and sauté until slightly crispy. Add shredded Toma cheese and slowly mix until cheese is melted and gooey. Chef tip: Add 1 cup of cooked macaroni for the ultimate Mac and Cheese.
