As my last month serving as Dairy Princess quickly approaches,

I am very sad to see my reign coming to an end. I have enjoyed every moment of representing the dairy industry; from being with the dairymen to talking to the public and educating them about the dairy industry. In last weeks of April, I was very busy attending the CA Holstein Show, the California Spring Jersey show, Merced County Spring Fair in Los Banos, and a few more schools. The shows were all a great success and I was very pleased to see the outstanding attendance at these dairy shows in the midst of the difficult time the dairy industry is facing. I truly enjoyed seeing so many young kids involved in the dairy industry. As I finish my last month, I will spend most of my time doing schools visits in Stanislaus and Merced counties, and preparing for the end of my Dairy Princess reign. Thank you to everyone who supports the dairy industry. Remember you need three servings of milk products a day so don’t forget to buy products with the Real California Milk or Cheese Seal!!
