My reign as Dairy Princess has been amazing
My reign as Dairy Princess has been amazing. I was crowned in April and already this year has been a whirlwind of adventure. From Princess Training, where I met my beautiful fellow royals, to State Fair, where I passed out ribbons in the show ring and worked at the CMAB booth, to giving speeches to our local teachers about the dairy industry, and presentations to the wonderful children of District 10, I have kept incredibly busy this summer. As a dairy-enthusiast, I can't get enough of Dairy Princess activities.

Being the District 3 Dairy Princess
Being the District 3 Dairy Princess has given me a new perspective on the dairy industry around me. Although I have obtained an immense amount of knowledge of the industry over the past two years, the Dairy Princess Program is helping me to put my knowledge into action.

Although I have enjoyed all of my Dairy Princess
Although I have enjoyed all of my Dairy Princess opportunities, my most recent activity was one of my favorites. This year my favorite experience was at the California State Fair. Not only did I do well with all three of my registered Holstein cattle, I had many opportunities to promote the dairy industry through other activities.

A Dairy Princess never puts her tiara down to rest
A Dairy Princess never puts her tiara down to rest. I recently attended California Girl State, which is a week-long government leadership camp that was held at Claremont McKenna College. Five hundred girls, one outstanding female junior from every high school in California, were gathered together to learn and share. We collaborated to create laws that governed our mock state. I really enjoyed having the opportunity to be a positive advocate for the irreplaceable California dairy industry.

As my last month serving as Dairy Princess quickly approaches,
I am very sad to see my reign coming to an end. I have enjoyed every moment of representing the dairy industry; from being with the dairymen to talking to the public and educating them about the dairy industry.

Hello All,
Everything is going great up here in District 1. The three Dairy Princesses have finished preparing our school presentations and will begin presenting to classrooms next week. We are very excited to inform our local youth about the importance of dairy products.

My job as Dairy Princess is busier than ever!
Now that it is spring time, my job as Dairy Princess is busier than ever. I have attended many events, such as the Tulare Farm Show, Yosemite Farm Credit Annual Dinner, California Holstein Convention, CMAB district meeting, Western United Dairymen Convention and many schools

The month of March was a very busy month for me.
The month of March was a very busy month for me. It started out with the Read Across America Program at Pioneer School where I read books to two different classrooms and took pictures with the students. I also participated in "Farm Day" at the fairgrounds and made several presentations to thirdgraders from all around Kings County. On March 13th, I was invited to speak to 170 children about the importance of dairy products in a person's diet at the "Kids in the Kitchen" event in West Fresno sponsored by the Fresno Junior League.

Happy National Grilled Cheese Sandwich Month!
The month of April is known throughout America as a time to enjoy grilled cheese sandwiches. Some people like to create variations, adding tuna, vegetables, meat, or special sauces, but my personal favorite is the classic melted cheese between two slices of toasted bread that is buttered on the outside. I usually switch up the type of cheese, though. With over 2000 variations of cheese in the world, there are so many to choose from. However
